Persona 4 - Rise Kujikawa vs Yukiko Amagi

I haven't done this in a while! Here I take a riff on Soejima Shigenori's extremely fine lines (hint: I can't even come close to matching them) while going for a very photography inspired bokeh appearance for the background. This came from having played an excessive amount of Persona 4 Arena in the past few months and being a little hyped for the EA Sports UFC game (though I don't see myself buying a next gen console anytime soon, so I probably won't be playing it for a long time if ever). I really do feel out of place now drawing lineart and placing down very precise colors. I just prefer looser painting now - I feel it looks better and it's considerably easier and less time consuming. But there is something of value in doing an anime drawing, something to appreciate in the relatively "cleanliness." Also, someone suggested I do this specific match up way way back in the comments of the last Persona picture, but I forgot who. But this one was always sitting in the back of my head until now! Rise looks right pissed too. 

Grappling is hard. Drawing it is hard. Roleplaying it in D&D is hard. Watching it is hard. I imagine enduring it is hard too. Know it, live it, love it. Hopefully Yukiko doesn't somehow pull a reversal and land an armbar.
